The small dimension of some particulars as small fabric bands or narrow film coils or print products to subject to silk-screen process need a reduced antistatic fixture to occupy minimum dimensions.
For these applications have been built different ionizing point models, which can be used single inside of a metallic sleeve and locked through dowels in the liked position or assembled in mass production on fastener squares and on electrodes with stiff or flexible structure.
They are supplied complete of high tension cable- 50/60 Hz - 15000V. - insultion PVC/Polyethylene and gaiter (optional screened) lenght 2,5mt, insulated cable press included ; in case it'd be necessary a lenght top than the standard one, it's enough to show it in the order.
The working distance can change from min. 10mm to a max. 30mm.

NOTE:
Optional it's possible to made shaped electrodes in compliance with product dimension to treat, as for example annular electrodes for vertical packaging machines with tubolar film.
The emitters are connected directly to the high tension (4/5 KV) so the ionizing point is made so that it' s impossible to touch the emission points.
