Our range of generators of electrostatic charge has been subjected to the technical inspections in agreement with CEI/EN 60204-1 and EMC89/336/EEC rules .
The model CGR is made from an alluminium painted solid structural, equipes with a single elevation stage and with n.2 connection outlets to the charge electrodes ; it's possible to adjust the voltage through a frequency changer from 0 to a max of 12-24 or 36 Kv.
The standard polarity delivered is the negative one ; optional it's possible the commutation to the positive polarity.

The equipments have been fixed in compliance with EMC89/336/EEC directive.
The charge generator model CGR2/36 is provided of one single elevation stage equipment with two power transformers which let to obtain a regulation from 0 to 36 Kv.
This generators range is equiped with an electronic circuit which let the tension measurement to the charge electrodes through an analogue instrument on the pinboard.
The standard polarity delivered is the negative one ; optional it's possible the commutation to the positive polarity.

The model CGC/EL is an electronic generator in high frequency with outlet tension 36 Kv or 50 Kv, costructed with a single polarity of exit, which optional could be negative or positive.
The set is feeded with voltage 230Vac 50Hz through a plug with power grid switch, fuse and noise limiter.
Optional it's possible equipes it of a control desk for the power up and power down control of the generator and a contact NC-NO for the connection of an outside alarm. In the same generator back we can find the exit connectors for the high tension connection (max. 4 bars). In the frontal part there are a digital instrument to verify the wore tension and a signaling led.
The work power restriction let to calibrate the generator during its working.
We can do an example :
if we put a charge bar with a lenght of 1mt and a working tension of 30Kv, the running power necessary is lower than that one which it'd be necessary to keep the same working tension with a charge of 6mt.
For this reason carring out the power calibration as a function of the used charge, we obtain a double object :
1) the generator working to the necessary power, keeping stable the working tension
2) to decide a max threshold of power, which lets in case of electrodes anomaly, due to a breakdown or wear, to lock the generator saving the electronic circuit.
