In many industrial appliaces it's necessary the adhesion of some materials between them like sheets of decorated paper to wood panels, plastic films on prepainted plates or glass slabs, dustes of different type to make layers of surfaces preservation, film at rapid feed on packaging machines or for bags production.
This process is obtained doweling the bars of electrostatic charge, with monopolar ionic emission, in the areas of material passage which is attracted from a counterelectrode made from a mass reference or from a bar of opposed polarity charge.
The temporary adhesion which is obtained is very useful to improve the productivity with a better quality of the products.
The bar of electrostatic charge construction model CND/40C has a square section which inner structural has been made insulated and where there are the emitters for the high tension passage.
It's important that all electrodes are protected so to be inaccessible to the operators : the emitters are connected directly to the high tension conductors, which contact can cause shakes. So it's necessary to fix the charge electrode following the instructions imposed from the rules for the safety.
