This antistatic feeder model EJBEx-Ex/40 is equiped with a case studied to be used in sites with a high explosion risk.
The standard execution has a single exit for the connection of a bar mod. Ex/40; optional is possible to obtain a feeder with more outlets until a max of 4 antistatic antideflagration bars.
The feeder is provided of a switch ON/OFF and functioning lamp

Ex/40 electrostatic antideflagration bar

 

The construction of the electrostatic antideflagration bar model Ex/40 has been made to be used with a feeder model EJBEx; its main feature is to prevent to strike electric arcs which could cause deflagrations.
The best distance of working is of 15mm from the surface of the material to work, while its structure has an anodized anodized alluminium support with a diameter of 40mm for working width until a max of 5mt.
The total lenght considers the useful of working + 90mm (45mm each side).
